Senior QA Engineer

We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team in Astana, Kazachstan. About the project: The customer is a Telecom company from Greece. The company develops software that analyzes traffic on the side of a mobile provider, traffic is about 400 gigabits. It will be great if you have the desire to dive into the low-level details of network protocols and search for non-standard methods in testing.

Responsabilités clés:

– Testing software for traffic analysis of a mobile communication provider;

– Preparing a test environment;

– Preparation of test data (recording of network traffic, simulation of data flows using side software);

– Work with automating tests.

Compétences Requises:

– Good understanding of network technologies and protocols;

– Experience and desire to work with low-level network tasks, to sort out traffic dumps from Wireshark and other tools for parsing network packets, calculating statistics, etc.;

– Good knowledge of Linux, and ability to do some DevOps tasks;

– Spoken English skills (the second Interview will be with the customer).
